Job Description:
We are seeking for an experienced CyberArk Implementation Consultant who can design, deploy, configure and support PAM solutions. The ideal candidate muse possess strong implementation experience across CyberArk components, account onboarding, secret management and integration with enterprise platform. 

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions.
  • Strong implementation experience with CyberArk Self-Hosted PAM, including:
    • Digital Vault
    • PVWA (Password Vault Web Access)
    • CPM (Central Policy Manager)
    • PSM (Privileged Session Manager)
    • PSMP (Privileged Session Manager for SSH)
    • HTML5 Gateway
    • PTA (Privileged Threat Analytics)
  • Experience in onboarding privileged accounts for:
    • Windows Servers
    • Linux/Unix Servers
    • Database Platforms:
      • Microsoft SQL Server
      • Oracle Database
      • PostgreSQL
      • MariaDB
      • MySQL
      • MongoDB
    • Network Devices
    • Security Devices
    • Web Applications
  • Strong implementation experience with CyberArk Secrets Management, including:
    • Credential Provider (CP)
    • Central Credential Provider (CCP)
    • Secrets management implementation and use-case configuration.
  • Good understanding of CyberArk Safe design, platform creation, policies, and account lifecycle management.
  • Experience in configuring privileged session management and session isolation.
  • Knowledge of CyberArk APIs and automation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, configure, and deploy CyberArk PAM solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, HTML5 Gateway, and PTA.
  • Configure CyberArk Safes, platforms, password policies, and access controls.
  • Perform privileged account onboarding across Windows, Linux, databases, network devices, security appliances, and web applications.
  • Implement and configure CyberArk Secrets Management solutions using Credential Provider (CP) and Central Credential Provider (CCP).
  • Integrate CyberArk with enterprise applications and infrastructure components.
  • Configure password rotation, reconciliation, verification, and automatic credential management.
  • Implement privileged session monitoring, recording, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Execute CyberArk upgrades, patching, health checks, and performance tuning.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, application, and project teams during implementation and migration activities.
  • Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.
  • Ensure implementations adhere to security best practices and organizational compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CyberArk REST APIs and automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or REST API).
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with SIEM, IAM, MFA, and enterprise security tools.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid PAM deployments is an advantage.
  • Experience with certificate-based authentication and secure application integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant CyberArk certifications such as:
    • CyberArk Defender
    • CyberArk Sentry
    • CyberArk Guardian (preferred).Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
