About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber professionals for our clients. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists and provide market insights to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate employment offers and support successful candidate onboarding.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends, industry developments, and talent market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing agency, executive search firm, or corporate Talent Acquisition function.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring talent across multiple industries or functions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are an advantage.
