The Role

Recruvion is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data-center environments.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.
• Manage Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and network security.
• Work with OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, VPN, NAT, ACLs and TCP/IP.
• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco or Check Point.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for critical network incidents.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, data-center projects, and infrastructure expansion.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure and IT teams.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of strong hands-on Network Engineering experience.
• Proven enterprise networking experience, preferably in large-scale environments.
• Strong Cisco networking + firewall expertise.
• Solid understanding of routing, switching and network security.
• CCNA required; CCNP preferred.
• Cloud networking, SD-WAN, automation or data-center experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, ownership and communication skills.
